Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GPMMG (the "Platform"), operated by GPMMG ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, uploading content, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Content ownership and rights

You retain ownership of the content you upload ("Your Content"), including audio, video, images, artwork, and written material. By uploading Your Content, you grant GPMMG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely as needed to operate, promote, and provide the services of the Platform.

By uploading any content, you confirm, affirm, and warrant that: (a) you own the rights to the content or have obtained express permission from the rights holder(s) to upload and distribute it on GPMMG; (b) the content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party; and (c) the content complies with all applicable laws. This confirmation is required before each upload on the Platform.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not upload content you do not own or have permission to use, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass other users, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, contact us at legal@gpmmg.com with a description of the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information. We will investigate and may remove the material and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GPMMG, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) Your Content or any content you upload, transmit, or make available through the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms, including the representations regarding content rights in Section 2; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) your use of the Platform. GPMMG reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate fully with GPMMG in asserting any available defenses.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPMMG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or Your Content. GPMMG does not pre-screen user content and is not liable for content uploaded by users. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, including for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
